Return Policy



Cancellation


We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing. Please refrain from returning purchases directly to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged shipping costs once (including returns). No restocking fee will be applied for product returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a notification confirming receipt. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is typically a processing period before a refund is completed.
