Meats, poultry, fish, veggies, and other low-acid foods are all safe to can in this Presto Electric Digital Press Canner. Pressure canning may be done safely thanks to an innovative sensor. 

Even at high elevations, pressure canning is not required to make any changes. Accuracy and reliability are guaranteed thanks to the built-in timer. Suitable for boiling water canning of fruits, jellies, relishes, relishes and salsa. Canning jars are preheated and kept warm until they are full and ready to be processed. 

Built-in safety measures include a locking system to keep the lid closed and an alert indicator that indicates an incomplete canning process. Easy-to-clean, detachable pot with nonstick inside and exterior surfaces. While canning, a canning rack keeps jars off the bottom of the pot.
